You have 60 days from receiving your order to change your mind, no questions asked.
How do I return an item?
- Email us at rainshift@outlook.fr with your order reference and the items concerned.
- We'll reply within 24 h with the return address and instructions.
- Send back the item(s) in resellable condition, with their tags if possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days at the latest. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged item or an error on our part: in that case, we cover the return and the exchange or refund.
Size exchange
Size not right? Contact us: we'll arrange an exchange for another size, subject to availability.
Priority processing
The “Priority processing” option is refunded if your order has not shipped within the stated 24 business hours.
Legal right of withdrawal
This 60-day guarantee is in addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
