Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of RAINSHIFT™ products on the website rainshift.fr, published by RAINSHIFT, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan WY 82801, United States (contact: rainshift@outlook.fr). Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration only; slight color differences may occur depending on the screen and lighting conditions. The reactive effect depends on humidity and the amount of water on the fabric.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) or pounds sterling (GBP) depending on the visitor's country, including all applicable taxes. Shipping is free worldwide. Bundle discounts (2 or 3 jackets) and the “Priority processing” option are displayed before the order is confirmed. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Orders

The customer chooses their bundle and the color and size of each jacket, then confirms their cart and is redirected to the secure payment page. The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via Whop, a secure payment provider. RAINSHIFT never has access to the customer's banking details. The order is processed once payment has been approved.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (within 24 h with the “Priority processing” option). Estimated delivery times are 6–10 business days to France, 7–12 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–14 business days to the rest of the world. 7. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. RAINSHIFT goes further and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from receipt. Full details are available in our refund policy.

8. Legal warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranties applicable in the customer's country, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us at rainshift@outlook.fr.

9. Care

Wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, without fabric softener, and air dry. Failure to follow the care instructions may impair the reactive effect.

10. Personal data

Data collected when ordering is used solely to process and deliver the order and for customer service. See our privacy policy.

11. Customer service and disputes

For any question or complaint: rainshift@outlook.fr. We reply within 24 h, 7 days a week. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers residing in the European Union may also use a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge.
