Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on all orders, to France, Europe and the rest of the world.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. With the “Priority processing” option, your order is packed and shipped first, within 24 business hours.
Estimated delivery times
- France: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
These times are in addition to processing time and may vary during peak periods or in the event of customs checks.
Tracking
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs duties
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email us at rainshift@outlook.fr: we'll find a solution (reshipment or refund).
